How to Play
Win big with the Nashville Predators! Answer questions and correctly predict the outcome of the Nashville Predators professional hockey games from February 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024, for the opportunity to win various prizes, subject to the terms and conditions below.
To enter this Contest, you must agree to and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”).
1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the “SMASHVILLE SELECTOR” (the “Contest”) constitutes Participant’s (defined below) full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator (as defined below), which are FINAL AND BINDING in all respects. RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to: (i) legal residents of the United States; (ii) who at the time of participation, are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older; (iv) complete the Prize Acceptance Requirements (defined below). Only one (1) individual may be identified as a participant (each, a “Participant”).
3. EXCLUDED PERSONS: All directors, officers, volunteers and employees of Bally’s Interactive, LLC d/b/a Bally Bet ("Administrator"), Nashville Hockey Club, LP (the “Predators”) and each of their respective companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household as each, are not eligible to participate in or win any prize in the Contest.
4. HOW TO REGISTER: To register and play, Participants should go to https://predators.ballys.com (“Sponsor’s Website”) and click on the Join Now button (the “Contest Link”) to create an account by entering their name and email address. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted. Participants will have the option to receive additional communications and promotional emails from the Administrator and its affiliates. All information submitted by the Participants is subject to the Administrator’s privacy policy at https://predators.ballys.com/privacy-policy.
5. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest will begin on February 1, 2024 at 12:01 PM EST and end on June 30, 2024 at 11:59 AM EST (“Contest Period”). The Administrator’s computer system shall be the official timekeeper.
6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
6.1. To enter, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST on February 1, 2024, log on to the Sponsor’s Website and click on the Contest Link to access the Contest.
6.2. During the Contest Period, Participants will be prompted to complete certain predictions and/or questions for each applicable NHL game of the Contest (the “Applicable Game”). Participants must enter selections for all questions prior to the start of the Applicable Game. Participants will be able to enter and edit their predictions or responses up until the official start time of such Applicable Game. After such time, answers and predictions will no longer be accepted or changed.
6.3. Participants will be disqualified if they are found to have entered the Contest more than once, including under a separate name or e-mail account.
6.4. The Contest Period will consist of thirty-two (32) separate and distinct rounds running consecutively throughout the Contest Period (each, a “Round”). The participation period for a Round will begin at the first face-ff of the Predators game for that Round and conclude at 12:00 p.m. EST the following day (the “Participation Period”), as set forth in the table below:

7. HOW TO PLAY:
7.1. Visit https://predators.ballys.com and select the Smashville Selector tile on the home page.
7.2. Enter your prediction by following the on-screen instructions (there is no payment needed, all games are completely free to play). You must submit all six (6) of your predictions within the Participation Period to be eligible to win a prize.
7.3. You will be asked to submit a series of six (6) different hockey-related predictions, to submit your selections, you must login or create an account.
7.4. After submitting your predictions, you can log back in to edit your predictions at any time before the end of the Participation period. You can log back in at any time to check your predictions.
7.5. The winner will be the eligible Participant that submits the highest cumulative point total from their six (6) answers to the predictive questions in each respective Round. There can only be one (1) winner per Round.
7.6. If more than two eligible participants share the two highest scores, the Winner will be the eligible participant that submitted their predictions first (determined by the timestamp of the user’s latest submission of picks, if they have edited their selections during the Participation Period).
7.7. If a Winner is disqualified or their entry is declared void for any reasons set forth in these Official Rules, such participant forfeits their claim to the relevant prize, and the participant with the remaining highest cumulative point total will be declared the Winner and shall receive the prize for that Round.
8. SCORING AND WINNING:
During the Contest Period, Participants will receive pre-determined points for each question or prediction answer correctly. The number of points awarded will be shown on the Participant’s Contest dashboard and the official Contest leaderboard throughout the Applicable Game. No points will be awarded for incorrect answers or predictions or for correct answers made after the time to respond has ended. Whether an answer or prediction is right or wrong will be determined by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion.
8.2. Participants may view his/her/their score on the Participant’s Contest dashboard and the official Contest leaderboard. Points earned will accumulate over each Applicable Game and on a cumulative basis throughout the Contest Period for Participants to qualify to win a prize. Following the close of each Applicable Game, one (1) winner for that Applicable Game will be determined by the Company based on the total number of valid and correct answers received for such Applicable Game (collectively, the “Game Winners”). Ties for the applicable winner placement will be broken by the user who submitted their entry the earliest in that specific round.
8.3. If an Applicable Game is cancelled or other event occurs which causes a prediction to be cancelled, then no points will be awarded for any predictions associated with such game, event or prediction and no prize awarded for such Applicable Game.
8.4. If the National Hockey League season is cancelled, in whole or in party, or the Nashville Predators discontinue participation in the National Hockey League or any game for any reason, after the commencement of the Contest, then the Company shall have the right to cancel the Contest in whole or in part. The Company may, in its sole discretion, determined a Grand Prize Winner based upon the highest scores as of the Contest cancellation date.
8.5. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and the accuracy of predictions made.
9. PRIZE(S): Each eligible Participant that is selected as a winner as determined by the Administrator based on scoring results as set forth herein (the “Winner”) will receive a prize, subject to availability and to be determined in Administrator’s sole discretion. The actual prizes and value of each prize will vary for each Round. Description of prizes with respect to each Round will be announced prior to the start of the relevant Round. All prizes are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. Prizes are subject to the Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s standard terms and conditions, and expiration dates. Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. A Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. No cash equivalent of a Prize will be awarded, and a Prize is not exchangeable or otherwise transferable.
All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed in the description of the prize, including, but not limited to, federal, state, and local taxes, parking, and ground transportation are the Winner’s sole responsibility. All travel risks, insurance, loss, or damage due to prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Administrator, Sponsor nor their respective affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of a Participant’s acceptance or use of a Prize.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Winner will be notified by Administrator’s Customer service team to collect any additional information to ensure delivery of their prize (e.g., Shipping address) (“Prize Notification”). The Prize Notification will include instructions on any actions the Winner must complete to claim the Prize. Except where prohibited by law, this may include (i) providing documents and information to help us verify the Winner’s identity and eligibility to win the Prize (such as a valid proof of ID and address in the form of a passport, driver’s license and/or household bills); (ii) completing and signing any other documentation required by us, including an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver, and/or IRS Form 1099,where applicable, (the “Winner’s Agreement”) (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Requirements”) within twenty-four (24) hours of date of issuance. Each Participant understands that Administrator or its respective agents may advise the United States Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) of the value of the Prize awarded to Participant from Participant’s participation in the Contest in the form of an IRS Form W-9, or otherwise. Participant must currently be a legal resident of the United States to be awarded any prize. Participant understands that prior to being entitled to receive any prize, and prior to receiving any prize, Participant will first provide Administrator with all of Participant’s applicable taxpayer identification information and other required and reasonably requested tax and tax-related documentation (e.g., IRS Form 1099), and that Participant’s failure to provide such information to Administrator will result in Participant’s automatic ineligibility to receive any prize. In the event: (a) such Participant declines the prize in writing, (b) the Prize Acceptance Requirements are not met; (c) the Winner’s Agreement and/or tax-related documents, as applicable, are not returned within the time period stated above, (d) Prize or Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, (e) the Administrator is unable to contact the Winner within a reasonable time period, or (f) the Winner is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator’s sole discretion and time permitting, Administrator may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible Participants. There will be three (3) alternate drawings for the Prize after which such Prize will remain un-awarded.
11. PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The Prize(s) will be fulfilled by the Predators. Limit one (1) Prize per person.
12. TAXES AND EXPENSES: The Prize Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) and other fees and expenses associated with the Prize.
13. CONDITION/USE RIGHTS: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, each Participant consents to Administrator, Sponsor and each of its and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, members, governors, officers, sponsors, employees and agents right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known, the Winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation (other than the specific Prize described herein), for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Administrator.
14. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: As a condition of participating in the Contest, Participants agree to release and hold harmless all directors, officers, volunteers and employees of Administrator, the Sponsor and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest, or receipt or use of any prize, including the Prize, and including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant's participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, or travel to any Contest-related events; and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES TO RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES AND THEIR DESIGNEES AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, AND TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, FOR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES, CLAIMS, COSTS, PERSONAL INJURIES, LOSSES AND DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGE TO OR DESTRUCTION OR PROPERTY, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY, DEFAMATION OR PORTRAYAL IN A FALSE LIGHT, WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL), WHETHER UNDER A THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER THEORY. Administrator is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Administrator and not to Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter.
15. CANCELLATION/SUSPENSION: If for any reason the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Participants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Administrator, in its sole discretion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. If Administrator decides to reconvene the Contest after a suspension, the determination of the prize winner(s) will be made from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the suspension, as Administrator determines at its sole discretion.
16. DISQUALIFICATION: Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Administrator reserves the exclusive right to disqualify any Participant or any other individual from the Contest that it finds, in Administrator’s sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, or the operation of the Contest, to be acting, or be, in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unreasonable, non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or interfere in any manner with any aspect or portion of this Contest. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, copied, or like entry methods, shall void all such entries by any such methods, and shall disqualify any Participant using such methods from the current Contest and any future promotions. CAUTION: Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of state and/or federal criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to cooperate in the prosecution of any such individual(s) and to pursue all remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, Participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Contest, or any prizes awarded, including the Prize, or the administration of the Contest, or the determination of the Winner, shall be resolved, individually, without resort to any form of class action lawsuit, and exclusively by arbitration, to take place in Providence, Rhode Island pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but SHALL NOT include attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will an Participant be permitted to obtain awards for and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants and the Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding Delaware’s conflicts of law doctrine.
18. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt to Bally’s Interactive, LLC 100 Westminster St., Providence, RI 02903 within thirty (30) days of the last day of the Contest Period. 19. MISCELLANEOUS: By entering this Contest, you agree and acknowledge that you may be contacted in the future by the Administrator, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, members, governors, officers, sponsors, employees, and agents.
20. PRIVACY: By participating in the Contest, Participant authorizes Administrator to collect, use, process, transfer and store all data provided by Participant, including without limitation, personal data, to the United States, or any location(s) throughout the world that such parties deem necessary, whether within Participant's country of residence or elsewhere, and with such party(ies) as Administrator deems appropriate, for purposes of administration of the Contest. All information submitted to Administrator as part of this Contest will be treated in accordance with Administrator’s privacy policy, https://predators.ballys.com/privacy-policy. Personal information will be used only to: (a) provide information about the Contest; (b) contact and publicize potential winners; and/or (c) if a Participant requests to receive additional information from Administrator, to send additional information to that Participant during or after the Contest Period (Participant may opt out at any time from receiving additional information from Administrator in accordance with Administrator’s privacy policy). Participants in the Contest may be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from the Administrator; however, eligibility to participate in the Contest is not dependent upon Participant’s consent to receive such e-mails. Participants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry forms to be eligible. Participants have the right to withdraw and correct their personal data, but Participants are not allowed to re-submit their entries. Directions on procedures for submitting corrections to personal data are provided in the privacy statements of the Administrator.
